It is possible that you may need to return equipment to Kentrox for servicing or troubleshooting. Before you send any equipment to Kentrox, you must fill out a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and wait for an RMA number to be sent to you.

Do not send equipment to Kentrox without an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number, please download the form (links below), fill in all fields and return to Kentrox. Upon receipt of your completed RMA request form, an RMA number will be issued and e-mailed to you with the necessary shipping instructions. You should receive your RMA number within one business day from when you submit your RMA form.

Step 3. Kentrox will contact you

  • Usually within one business day, your RMA request will be reviewed and Kentrox will contact you with the results. If approved, further instructions will be e-mailed to you.
