This level of care ensures you will have replacement product and/or a Kentrox service technician at your door by the next business day (NBD), as well as technical phone support 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
Kentrox Care Onsite 7x24xNBD includes:
- Onsite technical service within 1 business day, for equipment failures (request must be received by 1pm Pacific Time, excluding weekends and holidays)
- Advance-replacement product within 1 business day, for equipment failures (request must be received by 1pm Pacific Time, excluding weekends and holidays)
- Technical telephone support 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day**
- Telephone response within 60 minutes
- Access to the Kentrox Knowledge Base and other useful tools at www.kentrox.com/support
- Software updates, including major releases (enhancements to existing features) and maintenance releases (bug fixes and minor updates)
- 30% discount on training classes at the Kentrox campus
