This support plan ensures you will have replacement product and/or a Kentrox service technician at your door within 4 hours, and provides access to professional, technical experts via phone during normal business hours.

Kentrox Care Onsite 5x8x4 includes:

  • Onsite technical service within 4 hours during the typical workday, for equipment failures (request must be received by 1pm local time, excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Advance-replacement product within 4 hours during the typical workday, for equipment failures (request must be received by 1pm local time, excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Technical telephone support during normal business hours**
  • Telephone response within 30 minutes
  • Access to the Kentrox Knowledge Base and other useful tools at www.kentrox.com/support
  • Software updates, including major releases (enhancements to existing features) and maintenance releases (bug fixes and minor updates)
  • 30% discount on training classes at the Kentrox campus
