Kentrox Care Exchange NBD

Kentrox Care Exchange NBD is designed for those customers who do not require technical assistance, but would like to leverage Kentrox spare inventory in the event of an equipment failure. This level of service ensures you will have replacement product on your doorstep by the next business day (NBD).

Kentrox Care Exchange NBD includes:

  • Advance-replacement product within 1 business day, for equipment failures (request must be received by 1pm Pacific Time, excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Telephone response within 60 minutes during normal business hours**, to validate failure
  • Access to the Kentrox Knowledge Base and other useful tools at www.kentrox.com/support
  • Software updates according to product policy
