Telephone Installation Service (QoS routers and appliance)

Service includes:

  • Telephone assistance for installation on evenings and weekends outside normal business hours (8am–5pm Pacific time, Monday–Friday), not to exceed two hours including equipment familiarization (additional hours will be billed at current time and materials rates). Holidays excluded.
  • Advising customer as to correct connection of power and interconnecting cables.
  • Assisting customer with configuration of physical interfaces sufficient to demonstrate basic connectivity.
  • Assisting customer in running recommended equipment diagnostics.

Service does not include:

  • Systems engineering services, programming, or operations procedures of any sort.
  • Special end-to-end testing not defined in recommended installation testing, such as CPE to CPE equipment testing.
  • Central site software configuration support, if only a remote unit is installed.
  • Troubleshooting Telco facility problems.
