Optima for Starter Package training

Course description: The Optima starter training package provides basic administrative training and assistance as the customer begins to build the system and provides one day of Optima user training. Users will learn how to install the client software, configure their PC, and use Optima with Remote, Polled Device Monitor, or CrossPATH.

The starter package price includes the following:

• Training at one customer location with network access to the Optima server
• Up to two customer representatives
• Two days of training, including one user training session for up to 10 students (WebEx sessions can also be purchased – contact Kentrox for details)
