Creating and maintaining services that customers demand consume considerable technician time and often do not leave enough time for day-to-day maintenance tasks. Kentrox offers System Administration Services for Optima site solutions to assist your team with routine administration and maintenance on a quarterly basis. These services include:
- Weekly backups of the Optima database
- Monthly system checks to verify statistics are in the “normal” range and recommend corrective actions as necessary
- Database updates per the contracted time
- Software patches and upgrades (upgrades available with an active Optima maintenance agreement)
Service parameters are as follows:
- Up to 15 hours on the Optima server per quarter. Additional requests will require an Optima maintenance agreement.
- One (1) trip to a mutually agreed-to site in the continental United States. Service is available to other geographies and additional travel expenses apply.
- Most work is conducted remotely and requires remote access to the customer's Optima management system.
- Work is performed during normal business hours
Customer prerequisites for this service will be outlined in a Statement of Work (SOW). This service does not include Technical Support. Tech support must be purchased separately through a maintenance agreement.
