Kentrox Appoints Benjamin Stump to Head Network Solutions
Industry Leader Tapped to Define New Strategies for Company’s Holistic Network Solutions

HILLSBORO, OR (September 24, 2007) — Kentrox®, a leading manufacturer of infrastructure solutions, today announced that Benjamin Stump has been appointed to vice president, Network Solutions. In this role, he will help create the overall strategy to expand on the company’s current success in the service provider and enterprise markets. Ben will hold responsibility for driving the Kentrox solutions, focused on holistic mobile site management globally.
Ben has more than a decade of telecommunications experience specializing in the Operations Support Systems (OSS) market as well as technology, operations and engineering for carriers worldwide. Most recently, he served in an executive consulting role for market leaders such as BCGI and DAX Technologies as well as emerging start-up companies. He was previously vice president of technology for Digicel USA. Digicel, the market leading carrier in the Caribbean, engaged Ben as a key member of the executive management team to build and manage the technology, operations and engineering organizations for their new venture in the United States."
Prior to Digicel, Stump held a leadership role at Telcordia Technologies, where he drove over 200% growth in the IMS OSS solutions portfolio in his first year. He led the development of the wireless service management solution from inception through commercial deployment, ultimately resulting in an award winning service management solution with a market leadership position across three continents and adopted by the largest global wireless carriers.
