Richard S. Cremona
President and Chief Executive Officer, Kentrox

Rich Cremona has an extensive professional background that spans leadership roles in sales, marketing, customer care, technical support, field services, operations, human resources, and international business development throughout the telecommunications industry. A 20-year industry veteran, Rich joined Kentrox as CEO and President; and a member of the Board of Directors. His career has included executive positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sprint and, most recently, Openwave Systems. As Kentrox continues to innovate and grow its presence in the remote monitoring, management and control of wireless and wireline network infrastructure, the company will rely on Rich’s diverse, relevant expertise. His unique industry perspective will guide Kentrox as it strengthens its product and solution offerings and market position while serving the operational needs of telecommunications service providers around the world.

Michael P. Keegan
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kentrox

Michael P. Keegan brings 20 years of financial experience to Kentrox. He has responsibility for finance, accounting, information technology, and working with the executive team on corporate strategy, capital market activities, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Kentrox, he served as EVP of The Pizzuti Companies where he oversaw financial management and operations. At Applied Innovation (acquired by Kentrox in 2007), he held roles of EVP, Chief Operating Office, and Chief Financial Officer. As COO, he directed all company functions including sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, finance and administration. While CFO, he was responsible for corporate governance and investor relations, financial management and accounting, human resources, information systems, and facilities management. Keegan also worked for Orbital Sciences Corporation where he was VP, Controller responsible for accounting and financial reporting for the publicly held, multi-national aerospace company during a rapid growth period.

John Ryan
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Kentrox

To accelerate established momentum with tier one wireline providers and increase market penetration for its growing portfolio of wireless and wireline infrastructure solutions, Kentrox turned to John Ryan, a telecommunications industry veteran with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. With more than 15 years spent in sales leadership roles, John is directing an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to bring Kentrox infrastructure solutions to carriers worldwide. John's executive track record includes communicating both the value of products and services as well as corporate value, contributions that greatly assisted in multiple successful IPOs and acquisitions. John joined Kentrox in 2008 after serving three years as vice president of North American sales at Veraz Networks, a provider of voice, video and multimedia products for wireline, broadband and wireless networks worldwide, a company he helped take public in 2007. Prior to Veraz Networks, John held regional vice president roles with both Tekelec and Taqua and had sales and sales management responsibilities with Corvis Corporation, Atmosphere Networks, and Nortel Networks. John began his career in telecommunications at Nortel Networks as a systems engineer, a position he held for nearly six years.

Ben Stump
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Kentrox

Ben Stump brings a wealth of telecommunications experience to Kentrox, spanning the operations support systems (OSS) market, technology, operations and engineering. As Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Ben is responsible for providing the vision and leadership in defining the corporate strategy for Kentrox. He is accountable for the execution and management of the company wide product and solutions portfolio including Optima Site Solutions, the only 360 degree site maintenance, management and control solution for network operators. Prior to joining Kentrox, Ben held various executive and leadership positions as well as executive consulting roles. He has previously served as vice president of technology for Digicel USA, the U.S. division of leading Caribbean carrier Digicel, where he directed the creation of the technology, operations and engineering organizations for the company’s foray into the U.S. market. Prior to Digicel, Ben held leadership roles at New Jersey-based Telcordia, where he drove over 200 percent growth in the IMS OSS solutions portfolio in his first year. He led the development of Telcordia’s award-winning service management solution which now holds a market leadership position across three continents and is adopted by the largest global wireless carriers.
