Charles D. Vogt
Chairman of the Board. President and CEO, GENBAND

Charlie Vogt became President and CEO of GENBAND in September 2004. Under Charlie's leadership, GENBAND has successfully secured business with nearly half of the world’s top 100 network service providers, partnered with six of the largest telecom equipment manufacturers and is labeled as one of the nation’s fastest growing private companies by INC 500 and Deloitte Wireless Fast 50. As Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008, Charlie has been instrumental in the operational and financial growth of five standard-setting start-ups that either became public companies or were acquired. Prior to joining GENBAND, Charlie was President and CEO of Taqua, which was acquired by Tekelec in March 2004. Before joining Taqua, Charlie held executive leadership positions at Santera Systems (acquired by Tekelec), Accelerated Networks (IPO, then merged with Occam Networks), and Ascend Communications (IPO, then acquired by Lucent Technologies). Earlier in Charlie’s career, he held sales executive positions at ADTRAN, Motorola, and IBM. Charlie holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Saint Louis University. Charlie also serves on the Board of Directors of ATIS, Comptel, and The Chief Executive Network.

Richard S. Cremona
President and Chief Executive Officer, Kentrox

Rich Cremona has an extensive professional background that spans leadership roles in sales, marketing, customer care, technical support, field services, operations, human resources, and international business development throughout the telecommunications industry. A 20-year industry veteran, Rich joined Kentrox as CEO and President, and a member of the Board of Directors. His career has included executive positions with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Sprint and, most recently, Openwave Systems. As Kentrox continues to innovate and grow its presence in the remote monitoring, management and control of wireless and wireline network infrastructure, the company will rely on Rich’s diverse, relevant expertise. His unique industry perspective will guide Kentrox as it strengthens its product and solution offerings and market position while serving the operational needs of telecommunications service providers around the world.

Anand Radhakrishnan
Principal, Investcorp

Anand Radhakrishnan joined Investcorp Technology Partners in 2002. Investcorp Technology Partners is part of Investcorp, a global investment firm with over $15 billion in assets under management. Previously, Anand was with The Carlyle Group in Washington, D.C., where he worked in the Venture Capital Group and at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, where he was a member of the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Team. Other boards Anand currently sits on include Dialogic and Zeta Interactive. Anand holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA with Distinction from the Harvard Business School.

Glenn Luk
Vice President, Investcorp Technology Partners

Glenn Luk joined Investcorp Technology Partners in 2005. Investcorp Technology Partners is part of Investcorp, a global investment firm with over $15 billion in assets under management. Prior to Investcorp, Glenn was an Associate at Deutsche Bank where he focused on leveraged finance in New York. Prior to New York, Glenn spent three years in Hong Kong, focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory in Greater China, Korea and Japan. Glenn is also on the board of Zeta Interactive and works closely with Dialogic and Wireless Telecom Group. Glenn graduated with a dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a BS from Wharton with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems and a BS in Computer Science Engineering.

George Schmitt
Managing Director and Senior Advisor, TeleSoft

George Schmitt has over 40 years of broad telecom experience in wireless and wireline companies and was an industry pioneer of wireless services, including GSM, GPRS, Edge, and Internet access. He currently serves on the Boards of Ready Jet Go, TeleworX, and Global Delivery tech. He is also Managing Director and Senior Advisor at TeleSoft, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Most recently George was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of e.spire Communications, a provider of voice, data and internet services. Prior he was President of Omnipoint Communications, and held executive positions at LHS Group, Objective Systems Integrators, PCS PrimeCo, AirTouch Communications, Mannesmann Mobilfunk (Germany), Pacific Telesis, Pacific Telephone, and AT&T.

Rick Mace
Chief Executive Officer and Director, Packet Exchange, Ltd.

With more than 30 years experience in high technology companies, Rick Mace brings extensive knowledge and experience with hardware, software, and service business models. Rick is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Director of Packet Exchange, Ltd, a global connectivity company specializing in the integration of the public Internet, Virtual Private Networking, and Managed Services for the Internet community. Prior to Packet Exchange, Rick served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Tekelec, Inc., a market leader in producing global network signaling systems. He joined Tekelec with the acquisition of Steleus Group, Inc. where he held the position of President and CEO. Prior to Steleus, Rick was the CEO of PakNetX, Network Programs, Inc., Worldwide Vice President of Marketing and Sales in Digital Equipment Corporation’s $6.2B Service Division, and was the founder and COO of Bell Atlantic Network Integration, Inc.
